Because of our extensive experience in construction work, we have a clear understanding that the resources of our organization are a fundamental key to the success of a project. CONQUEST USA, INC. has a unique set of skills allowing us to complete infrastructure and specialized construction projects that include concrete, sheeting, pile driving, utilities, site work and electrical. Our customers receive outstanding responsiveness and customer service, quality design and construction and a partnership that will deliver their project in an economical, timely and ‘hassle-free’ manner. Professional conduct, organization, coordination and follow-up are afforded every project.

A lot has changed in Hampton Roads since Howard and Betty Murrell started their business back in 1969. With its beginning as Quality Electric Co., the main focus of the company was on local gas station electrical work. Incorporated in 1973 as Quality Engineering Company, Inc. (QE), the new name reflected the company’s growth and shift to general contracting and petroleum-related service work. QE eventually expanded its operations to include heavy civil, buildings, utility and mechanical piping installations, and asphalt and concrete paving. With a growing geographical presence in the Mid-Atlantic and evolution of project experience, the company name was again changed in 1994 to Quality Enterprises USA, Inc.

Having developed into a highly regarded construction firm with a reputation for quality performance in the areas of major civil, building, and specialized construction, Quality Enterprises underwent yet another change in 2017. While QE’s corporate office in Naples, Florida kept the company name, the Mid-Atlantic regional office in Chesapeake, Virginia became Conquest USA, Inc. Conquest USA continues to operate under the leadership of John Murrell, with many of the same personnel, some of whom have been with the company for well over twenty years.

Conquest USA is proud to continue to provide quality construction services with the same level of effective management and high-quality workmanship it has been known for throughout its history in Hampton Roads.

Working with Conquest has been a great experience.
They have provided innovative and cost saving solutions,
assigned professional and knowledgeable staff,
and been very responsive to the project owner’s various requests
throughout the scope of work. Conquest is a valued partner in the successful execution
of this construction project!
